The view from the suite was stunning, truly a highlight of the experience. the suite was dirty, with old and damaged bathrooms. Further issues arose with unhelpful staff when my son was injured on faulty exercise equipment, displaying a lack of concern. Additionally, the sheets were soiled, and it took two days to have replacements picked up, revealing poor service overall.
